1. The safety valve shall not be emptied. Once the safety valve is opened under over pressure, there shall be a pipeline is designed to return to the inlet end.
2. The emptying valve is a common valve. It needs to exhaust when adjusting the pressure and shutting down. It also needs the pipeline closure design in order to delivery gas returning to the air inlet end.
3. The inlet filter must be of container type closed design to ensure that it can withstand the inlet pressure and to avoid leakage.
4. Various parts of the machine shall preference be connected by welding. Those parts cannot be welded shall be connected by flange, or threaded connections. The screw connections must be provided with pipe support to prevent vibration and prevent the screws from loosening.
5. The gas compressor shall be provided with maintenance personnel to check the thread looseness every 200 hours to ensure no leakage.
